王建章
福建泉州 畫家
字仲初，號硯墨居士。生卒年不詳。明（1368～1644）末清（1644～1911）初畫家。福建泉州人。工佛像，自稱不在李公麟之下。山水宗董源，筆力雄健，摹古功力深厚，有不可羈勒之概，惲向稱他「墨有五彩」，可見其用墨在於變化，顯示出濃淡、明暗之韻。
擅寫生，花卉翎毛為一時之絕。生性廉潔耿介，不輕易為人作畫。佛教作品有仿趙孟頫羅漢像。清順治六年（1649）赴日本，所繪畫作有廬山瀑布圖，藏日本東京藝術大學；雲嶺水聲圖，藏日本大阪市立美術館。
