生卒年不詳。唐代（618～907）雕塑家，活動於高宗（649～683在位）時期。曾參與河南洛陽龍門石窟奉先寺的雕鑿，在盧舍那佛大像龕佛座北側有開元十年（722）補刊的《河洛上都龍門山之陽大盧舍那像龕記》，上有「支料匠李君瓚、成仁威、姚師積等，至上元二年（675）乙亥十二月卅日畢工」的記載。原有伽藍建築，今已不存，龕內造像一佛、二弟子、二菩薩、二天王、二力士。
