Kiyotakidera Temple: Acala Triad

不動明王及二童子像 圓空

日本

三像製作於十七世紀,推測係日本僧人圓空滯留於關東時期所刻。皆由針葉樹整材雕出,屬圓空精心作品之一。
 三像以不動明王為主尊,制吒迦與矜羯羅二童子隨侍左右為其眷屬。不動明王像通高88.5公分,雕刻於切開的木頭下方,上方除頭部浮雕外仍保留木材劈裂痕跡,粗獷的輪廓,表現火焰紋背光,富有創意。頤頰厚重,下頦豐腴,鼻翼寬,嘴唇大,睜開雙眼,露出右上牙、左下牙,現忿怒相,手握利劍,作斷煩惱之姿。
 二童子之造型與主尊相仿,身軀較小,通高分別為37.5公分、35.6公分,以突顯比例。跣足立於台座上,側身朝向主尊,一童子高舉雙手合掌,另一童子雙手交叉於胸前,以示作禮。衣紋簡略,刀法利落,率直地留下刀痕為其特徵。
