甘肅省平涼市涇川縣水泉寺出土
甘肅省平涼市涇川縣水泉寺出土。碑額呈圓拱形，碑正面分四層，上方第一層分三間，中央刻釋迦、多寶二佛並坐說法相，二次間為一佛二弟子。第二層中間為尖拱形龕，內雕一佛二菩薩，兩側小龕各有龍華樹、思惟菩薩及供養人，中部斷損。第三層中間主龕內佛倚坐，二脇侍菩薩立於兩側；龕兩旁上層各刻比丘三身，下層尖形龕內刻一佛二弟子。底層中間刻文殊菩薩與維摩詰辯論，眾弟子圍繞聽法。碑側邊各鑿佛龕四層，碑陰銘刻造像紀年「開皇元年（581）歲□辛丑四月□□朔廿三日」。
此碑施以朱紅、石青、綠、黃等色，色彩鮮豔，雕刻技法純熟，布局層次分明，錯落有致，是隋代（581～618）造像碑傑作。
