該像面貌深受希臘、羅馬美術影響，形象俊秀英挺，氣度雍容。菩薩頭綰髮髻，長髮卷曲，披垂於肩後，五官刻劃深入，軀體、四肢比例勻稱；袒上身，下著裙，右手已佚，左手提水瓶。戴耳璫、項圈、臂釧、腕釧等飾物，胸前佩有圓筒形胸飾，斜披聖帶，足穿革屣（已缺損），作貴族之裝束，顯示當地菩薩像共通的姿容，但髮型簡素不著裝飾。左肩垂下的帔巾呈「U」形回繞，懸掛於右臂上，再飄落體側，褶紋細密流利。
