此尊菩薩面相圓潤，大耳，高眉細目，鼻梁挺直端正，眉中白毫高凸，嘴微抿，神情靜肅。長髮垂肩，髮髻高聳，雲紋寶冠呈半圓形屏，冠底沿部飾一列聯珠，額髮中央飾扇形邊寶珠。左手掌心向上屈舉至胸前，右臂平舉至腰際。佩雲狀項圈，敞胸，搭帔巾、絡腋。腰部束帶，著長裙，帔帛從手臂垂落至地，褶紋凸起有厚重流暢感，腹腰部施金彩，搭配明亮的紅色長裙，敷彩部分斑駁。左腳略向前跨，身體重心落於右腳上，體態優雅端莊。
整體造型豐腴飽滿，表現出金代（1115～1234）木雕菩薩的風韻特色。
