此像與真人等身，雙手缺損，其餘保存良好。綰高髻，髮絲垂肩，頭戴寶冠，冠帶披肩。雙頰飽滿，雙目垂視，鼻梁高聳，法相莊嚴。頸短，身形豐潤，帔帛披肩，胸前繫結，瓔珞嚴身。著低腰長裙覆踝，腰帶飾花，巾帶自腰間自然垂落。身軀微傾，全身重心置於右腿，立於圓台上。此像原遍身彩漆塗金，多已剝落。刻工穩健成熟，面相與體態呈現自然寫實的風格。
