河北省保定市曲陽縣修德寺遺址出土。此造像題材出自《妙法蓮華經》卷四〈見寶塔品〉釋迦與多寶佛並坐之典故。二佛皆作磨光高肉髻，寬額豐頰，慈目垂視，鼻直唇薄，面容和藹含笑。右手施無畏印，左手作與願印，身著質地厚重的褒衣博帶式袈裟，衣袖自然下垂，衣紋以雙勾陰線雕刻，平整瑰麗。懸裳覆於座前，衣褶重疊富裝飾性，結跏趺坐於長方形台座上。身後為素面無飾蓮瓣形背光。
台座背面銘刻「大巍（魏）武定／五年（547）七月／二日高門／村張同柱／張銀瓮張／騰等造白玉像一軀／為七世先／亡後為一／切眾生離／苦得樂」。自北魏（386～534）以來即盛行二佛並坐像，此像係定州白石佛像之精品。
