位於加拿大安大略省密西沙加市（Mississauga, Ontario），是該省第一大佛寺。一九九七年落成啟用，為臺灣高雄佛光山寺於當地的首座別分院。目前為該國各級學校宗教課程指定參訪的佛教寺院。
該寺占地面積80公畝，主體建築高三層，琉璃瓦，紅磚壁。第一層是大殿和滴水坊，大殿內供奉五方佛坐像，兩側分別為觀音菩薩及地藏菩薩，殿堂四周闢有數百個大小不一的壁龕，龕內供奉佛坐像。第二層設有會議室、寶藏文物館、「般若堂」圖書館及弘法廣播錄音室，第三層設有禪堂。地下室為千人用齋的五觀堂和學院教室。
