一佛二菩薩造像碑

該碑高146公分，寬49公分，厚11.5公分，左側面有五行發願銘文，內有唐代「儀鳳二年（677）五月」，得知其製作年代，但施主名字部分已佚。
上部為尖拱形龕，內浮雕佛三尊像，正中為佛坐像，結跏趺坐於束腰仰覆蓮座上，右手上舉施無畏印，左手結與願印。兩側是雙手合掌的菩薩，侍立於主尊蓮座分枝開展的蓮台上，均具童顏，身軀豐潤，衣紋疏朗。龕楣上方線刻二身飛天，兩邊緣為寶相花卷草紋，龕下方刻博山形香爐及二獅子，線條細緻，刻劃清晰。
碑下半部正面起至右側面、背面，鐫刻《妙法蓮華經》卷七〈觀世音菩薩普門品〉的經文。其造型純樸，手法清新，富自然之美。
