安岳茗山寺石窟第2龕觀音及大勢至菩薩像
四川安岳
位於正壁。第2龕又稱觀音堂，為方形平頂大龕，寬3.8公尺，高6.4公尺，進深3.3公尺。龕右側刻觀音菩薩，左側為大勢至菩薩。觀音菩薩面容秀麗，雙眼微闔，頭戴花鬘寶冠，鏤空雕刻，精細繁複，寶冠中有一結跏趺坐化佛。右手上舉齊肩，左手於胸前托一瓷碗。胸飾瓔珞，身著袈裟，下身著裙。袈裟較為寬大，衣紋厚重，上有彩色花紋，華麗精美。
大勢至菩薩與觀音菩薩服飾略同，冠後垂有繒帶，腰部向右微扭，一手自然下垂，戴腕釧，執衣襬，一手損毀，僅見重疊衣紋。兩尊菩薩寶相莊嚴，雍容華貴。
