一九九五年四川省成都市出土。此作品為多尊造像組合。主尊釋迦牟尼佛與多寶佛並坐於連枝二蓮座上，釋迦牟尼佛身形略微削瘦，著褒衣博帶式袈裟，右手施無畏印，左手掌心朝下，拇指與食指相捻；多寶佛內著僧祇支，外披袈裟，右手結說法印，左手置於腹前腳上，掌心向上。二佛身後各立一比丘，五位菩薩站立於二佛中間及兩側。蓮座前方二獅蹲踞，左右各一天王立於圓台上。蓮瓣形背光為佛陀說法與飛天浮雕，構圖緊湊熱鬧。
背面浮雕佛陀說法與弟子聞法圖。佛趺坐於菩提樹下蓮花座上，左右上方有比丘恭跪聞法，空中飛天二身，下方兩邊各有男女供養人四軀。下部陰刻銘文「大同十一年（545）十月八日／佛弟子張元為／亡父母敬造釋／迦多寶石像……」。
