Chengdu: Maitreya Buddha and Attendants (back)
釋法海造彌勒佛三尊像
四川省成都市出土
一九九五年四川省成都市出土。該造像正、背面主尊皆為彌勒。正面彌勒佛結跏趺坐於方形台座上，肉髻已佚，臉形方圓，面露微笑，頭光飾蓮瓣紋。袈裟寬大，衣褶疊覆呈波浪狀，衣裾垂懸於座前。手掌略損，露出右足。背光上淺刻小佛與飛天，惜上部已殘斷。左右脇侍菩薩立於圓台，雙手持物，有桃形素面頭光。佛座下兩側各一獅子，正中一力士半跪頂博山形香爐。
背面為一單檐頂室龕，彌勒菩薩交腳而坐，脇侍菩薩立於兩側。龕外陰刻銘文「齊永明八年（490）庚午歲十二月十九日比丘釋法海／與母為亡父造彌勒成佛石像一軀……」。
