河北省保定市曲陽縣修德寺遺址出土。雙菩薩頭戴花冠，面容慈祥，圓形頭光相連，半跏坐於圓凳上，整體呈對稱式設計。雙菩薩內側手撫腳踝，外側手毀損，但仍見手肘彎曲上舉；外側腿搭於內側膝上，內側足踏於蓮台。
菩薩兩側雕菩提樹，樹冠已損毀，樹身浮雕口銜蓮蓬的盤龍，蓮蓬上各跪有一人，左右相對。矩形台座正面浮雕雙獅和薰爐，背面及左側銘刻「大齊武平七年（576）四月八日鄒文舉鄒文伾妹靖滕妹娥容姊妹兄弟四人為亡父敬造思惟像一區」。
