印度比哈爾邦菩提伽耶大菩提寺出土
印度比哈爾邦菩提伽耶（Bodh Gaya, Bihar）大菩提寺（Mahabodhi Temple）出土。頭光損毀，右臂自肩部斷裂，左臂部分殘損，依稀可辨左手原握衣角置於膝上，其他部分保存狀態尚佳。臉形長圓，眼瞼下垂，下唇豐厚，表情沉靜而威嚴。著貼體袒右袈裟，結跏趺坐於台座上。寬肩闊胸，結實有力的肌肉表現方法與五世紀初期的秣菟羅（Mathura）雕刻頗為相似。袈裟衣紋的處理方式繼承了貴霜王朝（約1〜3世紀）後期至四世紀的秣菟羅造像傳統。
台座上刻有三行銘文，其紀年在學術界尚存爭議，但銘文中稱此像為菩薩，為貴霜王朝銘文的特點。此像從造像風格到銘文內容，均體現出秣菟羅二世紀至五世紀上半葉等不同時期的特點。
