印度安得拉邦（Andhra Pradesh）龍樹丘遺址（Nagarjunakonda）出土。此長方形浮雕石板以三段連續性畫面刻劃悉達多太子出家前後的故事。下段破損嚴重，描刻太子出遊四門，見老、病、死及沙門等現象。中段表現太子決心出家的場景，畫面中央的太子趺坐於寶座上，右手上舉，左手叉腰，環視周圍眾生相，流露堅毅的神采。上段是太子踰城出家的場面，太子騎著愛馬犍陟，四天王則托起馬蹄，以免蹄聲驚醒宮中眷屬。頭戴寶冠的帝釋天為太子擎傘蓋，鞍前馬後是護衛太子出城的眾天神。畫面人物眾多，姿態和表情各異，顯示雕刻師的巧思。
在龍樹丘佛傳故事作品中，時而採用象徵手法，時而採用寫實人像來表現未成佛之前的悉達多太子，為龍樹丘佛傳圖常見之表達方式。
