位於韓國京畿道華城市松山洞龍珠寺大雄寶殿。此後佛幀於重建龍珠寺時繪製而成，現為韓國京畿道有形文化財第16號。畫面主尊為釋迦牟尼佛，右為阿彌陀佛、左為藥師佛，左、右二佛頭光上方皆有化佛。主尊下方繪阿難、迦葉及文殊菩薩、普賢菩薩。阿彌陀佛下方繪觀音菩薩及大勢至菩薩，藥師佛下方繪日光菩薩及月光菩薩，其餘菩薩、天人、天王及弟子充滿畫面。菩薩衣著裝飾華麗，弟子神情各異。
主尊蓮座下方題有「主上殿下壽萬歲／慈宮邸下壽萬歲／王妃殿下壽萬歲／世子邸下壽萬歲」之祝願文，祈願佛陀的恩澤能夠惠及王室。佛畫大量使用淡青色和棕色，與當時普遍使用的主色調紅色和綠色不同。
此作雖沒有詳細記錄製作過程，但畫風與以風俗畫著稱的金弘道所繪之道釋人物畫相似。
