此塔為密檐式佛塔，共五層，由下往上漸次收分。剎座以山花蕉葉為飾，塔剎已殘失。塔各層四面均鑿圓拱形造像龕。塔身第一層最高，為主像龕，四面皆為一尊坐佛二脇侍菩薩。正面龕內佛著袒右僧祇支，外披袈裟，垂足倚坐，足分踏雙蓮。脇侍菩薩身披帔帛，長帔帛搭於肩上，自然垂落於地。塔身第二層至第五層四面均雕佛結跏趺坐於仰蓮座上。正面主像龕下刻有造塔題記。
