位於印尼日惹（Yogyakarta）薩里寺（Candi Sari）。該寺約建於八至九世紀，以安山岩砌造，外牆表面塗上一層厚灰泥，刻有姿態各異的觀音和多羅菩薩高浮雕。
圖中菩薩身軀結實飽滿，比例均勻，呈三屈式之姿。面部豐腴圓潤，長髮綰髻戴頭飾，頭向左傾，散發出溫柔婉約的氣質。袒上身，腰際纏布，並飾以聯珠紋裝飾帶，布巾隨意不規則的繞臀後紮於兩側。左手屈肘舉於肩側，右手舉於胸側，掌心向外，手指彎曲。此像雖部分損壞，仍不掩婀娜之態，為中爪哇時期（約7～13世紀）的代表性傑作之一。
