江蘇省蘇州市吳中區紫金庵發現。此羅漢髮長及肩，面相方圓，雙目微闔，鼻大唇小，唇上有髭鬚，下巴鬍鬚濃密，臉帶微笑，慈悲溫厚。身形厚實，著袈裟，袒胸。衣飾富麗，線條柔美如水波紋。雙腿相交端坐於岩石上，雙手自然垂放在膝上，姿態閑適，較為少見。
