Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva (back)
郭武憐造觀音菩薩像

菩薩頭戴冠，臉形長圓，五官線條簡約。頸短，身軀平板，帔帛自肩後繞雙臂垂於體側，下著多褶過膝長裙。右手於胸前持長莖蓮蕾，左手下垂提帔帛一角，立於覆蓮台，下為四足方台。蓮瓣形背光飾聯珠紋和火焰紋，背面陰刻一坐佛和跪拜供養人。
四足方台正面陰刻二供養人，背面銘刻「太和廿三年（499）五月廿日清信士郭武憐造像一區所願從心故巳（記）耳」等字。此類持蓮花菩薩是中國觀音菩薩早期形式，從風格判斷應出自山東一帶。
