趙曹生夫妻造觀音菩薩像
河北省保定市曲陽縣修德寺遺址出土
一九五四年河北省保定市曲陽縣修德寺遺址出土。觀音頭戴高冠，髮中分，細眼上挑，神態安詳。下著長裙，帔帛自肩下垂於膝前交叉，下襬如蝶翼敞開。右手舉於胸前，左手下垂，立於長瓣覆蓮台上。頭光以四個同心圓組成，蓮瓣形背光飾火焰紋。此像矩形基座背面刻有銘記「永熙二年（533）十月十六日趙曹生妻張法姜為妄（亡）息（媳）眷屬含生之類造觀音玉像一軀故記之」。
