三世章嘉國師像

三世章嘉，益喜丹貝准美（ye shes bstan pa'i sgron me），又名若必多吉（rol pa'i rdo rje），是清代（1644～1911）著名的藏傳佛教格魯派領袖。此像是乾隆五十一年（1786）章嘉國師圓寂當年，乾隆皇帝（1735～1796在位）命宮廷匠師所造，供奉於北京故宮博物院雨花閣東配殿章嘉國師影堂中。
此像戴通人冠，面相方圓，鼻闊唇豐，五官刻劃寫實。右面頰有一小包，為章嘉國師的面相特徵。內著交領僧衣，外披袈裟，右手當胸結印，左手置於腹前，作說法相，結跏趺坐於仰覆蓮座。僧帽、滾邊衣紋和蓮座鎏金，金銀二色相間，製作精工華麗，是乾隆宮廷造像精品。
