東安村人造觀音菩薩像

菩薩頭戴高聳化佛寶冠，髮辮垂肩，臉形渾圓飽滿，神態昂然。帔帛披肩繞臂垂下，右手握帔帛，左手臂已佚。長裙褶紋隨腿形轉折，刻劃厚實流暢，簡潔有勁。此像身形豐滿，飽滿而平穩。右腳抬起，左腿屈膝，呈自在坐於岩座上。
菩薩背面裝藏蓋板，內有墨書題記「東安村眾人等與維那□仲□等謹發虔心起蓋鎮路廟一座請到本村刊木將認馮孝中並男馮備工細刊……天衣觀音三位一堂……為願本村……吉祥合家樂安明洪武十八年（1385）七月」，可知此觀音像是東安村村民於明洪武十八年所雕。
