五世紀下半葉旅人隨身用佛龕，龕外設兩扇小門保護佛像，現已佚。出土地不詳，一說為新疆吐魯番高昌故城佛教遺址出土，另一說依造像風格可能來自印度。
此作為整塊圓木雕刻而成。佛身形纖長，立於台座上。波浪紋高髮髻，面相圓潤，五官細緻，雙耳垂肩。身著通肩袈裟，僅簡單的以陰線紋刻出皺褶，部分衣緣以陽刻處理，薄衣貼體表現出人體肌肉結構，帶有印度秣菟羅（Mathura）造像特徵。頭光和舉身光紋路細密，刻劃緊湊。
底座中央刻有香爐，兩側力士已毀損幾不可辨。
