韓國高麗時期（918～1392）作品。角形風鐸，身作四面，下緣作弧形。每面邊緣皆有紋飾，左右棱邊及下緣飾卷草紋，上緣飾以斜格紋的三角形圖樣。鐸頂有蓮瓣形裝飾。
鐸身每面各有「一」字形長孔，其下方花座飾瓔珞，裝飾手法與高麗梵鐘下環帶紋飾相近，樣式別致。
