觀音堂觀音殿懸塑

位於山西省長治市觀音堂觀音殿。觀音殿坐東朝西，殿內東壁佛壇供奉觀音、文殊、普賢三大士像，姿態自然，全身金妝，具明代（1368～1644）菩薩造像所特有的庶民化親切氣質。南北兩壁由下而上塑有十八羅漢、二十四諸天、十二圓覺，及儒、道神仙等像。此外，壁上、梁間，佛、菩薩、帝釋天、天王等懸塑穿插其中，體量大小不一，或設在壇上，或懸於空中。
十八羅漢或豐滿壯碩，或瘦骨嶙峋；或正襟端坐，或袒胸而坐；或侃侃而談，或側耳傾聽；或威猛，或沉思，或微笑，或驚愕，手法洗練，個別特性鮮明，生活氣息濃厚。二十四諸天形象各異，十二圓覺菩薩坐姿隨意自然，神態自若。全殿色彩繽紛，金碧輝煌，氣象萬千，有如一座佛教藝術博物館。
