位於韓國慶尚北道尚州市智川龍興寺。此後佛幀繪釋迦、藥師、阿彌陀佛及諸眷屬。朝鮮世祖五年（1459）黃海南道長淵郡鶴林寺重修時，曾安奉釋迦、阿彌陀、彌勒三佛，是三佛會圖的最早記錄。此題材在朝鮮（1392～1910）後期盛行將之繪於大雄殿主尊之後的牆面。二○○三年指定為韓國寶物第1374號。
此幅以三佛為中心。主尊釋迦牟尼佛居中，其左為藥師佛，右為阿彌陀佛。釋迦作觸地印，帶蓮瓣形頭光和身光，左右二佛則帶圓形頭光和身光。上段中央華麗天蓋下有二位他方佛，十大弟子配置於左右，其上為龍王、龍女和八部眾，空中有祥雲及華蓋。下段左右為諸大菩薩、西方廣目天王、南方增長天王及二尊金剛力士。畫面以雲彩填滿，整體色調以紅色為主，與佛、菩薩及弟子之綠色頭光形成對比。
