思惟菩薩半跏像

該像出土處不詳，推測為高句麗時期（37 BCE～668）佛像。菩薩頭戴高冠，右腳垂下，左腳置於右腳膝蓋上，左手支頤，做半跏思惟狀。該菩薩像手與腳的位置與一般思惟半跏像相反，似為三尊佛像之右側脇侍像，採面向主尊之姿勢。脇侍半跏像於中國北魏（386～534）佛像中常出現。
此像臉略長，面帶微笑。身軀瘦長，腰部纖細，兩肩膀與腳處各形成翅膀狀的線條。此半跏姿勢、瘦長的身體及粗大的手和腳，表現出六世紀前半期佛像特徵。刻有蓮花的高冠與中國龍門石窟蓮花洞脇侍菩薩頭部相似，此像製作年代應晚於延嘉七年（539）金銅佛立像。而於五二五年至五五○年之間的作品，可說是代表初期佛像樣式的半跏思惟像。
