該像頭戴高寶冠，據寶冠中間的化佛得知此為觀音菩薩像。臉龐豐腴，五官比例協調，呈現出柔和與慈悲的形象。袒上身，佩戴項鍊和瓔珞，瓔珞垂於雙腳形成「U」形，將飄動的裙衣束於腹部，兼具實用和裝飾功能。帔巾自肩呈水波紋垂下，柔美生動。右手屈肘上舉，左手提淨瓶，手腕微屈，身體重心落於左腳，身軀呈三屈姿態，造像自然生動，裝飾精緻，技法傑出。一九八七年指定為韓國寶物第927號。
