Gaota Temple Pagoda
高塔寺塔
湖北黃梅
又稱亂石塔、百尺塔。位於湖北省黃岡市黃梅縣城東南隅。建於北宋大中祥符八年（1015）。一九八六年維修。現為湖北省文物保護單位。
該塔為八角十三層密檐式磚塔，通高30公尺。全塔共設佛龕八十八座。底層東面闢一門，經甬道通向長方形塔室。第二層以上為實體。第三層佛龕兩側嵌雕字方磚，有「皇帝萬歲」、「同□功德」、「共成佛道」等字樣。全塔砌築變化多樣，造型獨特，在中國南方地區佛塔中實屬少見。
塔於一九八六年維修時，發現各層塔心處均埋一石罐，內置銀蓋罐，罐內裝金銀箔包、舍利、金彈簧、水晶球及銅飾件等。石罐內外存放大量「五銖」、「開元通寶」及北宋（960～1127）銅錢等。
