Gaeunsa Temple: Amitabha Buddha

開運寺阿彌陀佛坐像
原韓國鷲峰寺
該像頭上肉髻大，螺髮密，臉略長，眼睛、鼻子細長，唇小，與十三世紀後期所造之鳳林寺木造阿彌陀佛坐像相似。左邊肩膀衣服重疊處，形成流線形皺紋，至臂腕處形成「Ω」形。袈裟比新羅時期（57 BCE～935）佛像稍厚，能明顯表現出立體感。據發願文內容可知此造像製作於高麗元宗十五年（1274），是研究高麗（918～1392）後期佛像樣式之重要的範本。
