阿旃陀石窟第16窟藥叉及飛天
印度馬哈拉施特拉邦奧蘭加巴德
位於阿旃陀石窟（Ajanta Caves）第16窟大廳梁柱頂端。圖右上近處柱頂的一對男女飛天，男飛天頭綰高髻；女飛天頭上裝飾各種珠寶。從身上飾物和髮式可推斷是從皇室打扮演變而來。飛天表情放鬆，從容恬靜，流露高貴、優雅、細膩的完美。圖左下稍遠處一柱頂上的藥叉，卷髮披肩，佩瓔珞，戴臂釧，蹲坐，雙手撫膝，身軀壯碩，呈現豐盈的美感。人物造型呈流線形姿勢，是笈多王朝（約320～550）藝術巔峰時期的作品。
該窟約開鑿於五世紀中葉至下半葉。門廊及大廳雕仿木構橫梁及列柱，樣式簡潔，僅於柱頭上有少量漩渦紋雕飾，並於梁、柱交接處雕背貼橫梁、足踏柱頭的高浮雕造像，此飛天造像為其中傑出之作。
