該像與座一體鑄成。菩薩雙手置胸前，左手持金剛鈴，代表智慧；右手持金剛杵，代表慈悲，為金剛總持像，屬密教菩薩造像。
菩薩臉形方圓，下巴尖，五官輪廓秀氣，可能為泰國地區的造像。髮梳高髻，盤旋而上，辮形紋理清晰可見。頭戴冠，耳戴螺形飾，頸部佩項飾，樣式與冠飾相同。上臂戴寬臂釧，下身著裙，腰飾寶石，盤坐的雙足足踝以及持物的手腕，亦戴飾件。坐於近三角形的台座上，身體前傾，重心集中於臀部，雙手間鏤空穿透的空間，使造型在對稱穩定中又不失靈活。身體肌肉趨於概念化，卻又不流於僵硬。
