此柬埔寨菩薩像鎏金多處剝落，立於方形平板狀台上，兩手前彎，左手置腰際，持物已失，右手手腕以下缺失。
菩薩頭梳筒狀高髻，髮辮紋理清晰可見，戴寬厚頭冠，耳佩垂飾。臉形圓，額頭高，五官略集中，下眼瞼深，嘴角帶笑。胸部厚略微突出，腰線微縮，下身偏直，整體造像略顯臃腫。胸前瓔珞厚重，上臂戴臂釧，手腕及腳踝佩環，裝飾華麗，背面也刻劃十分清楚，是吳哥（約9〜15世紀）晚期的特色。下身著山樸（Sampot），腰下繫帶，裙褶平行細密，裙襬邊緣圓厚。十三世紀中國元代（1271～1368）周達觀《真臘風土記》描述他在柬埔寨吳哥地區所見「自國主以下，男女皆椎髻、袒裼，止以布圍腰。……其下跣足」，與此像的形貌相符。
