尊像以青銅為材，眼嵌銀。因尺寸小，台座、像、頭冠與左手所持的長莖蓮為一體鑄成。台座為束腰圓座，上層圓座似鋪一軟墊，下層作覆蓮狀，蓮瓣長而尖圓，造型與風格是八至九世紀巴基斯坦斯瓦特（Swat）地區常見樣式。
菩薩右腳盤起，左足下垂，右手彎起，食指有支頤之意，坐姿與手勢近乎半跏思惟像的造型，左手持長莖蓮花，是印度觀音常見的持物。頭戴圓筒狀寶冠，中央一髮髻，冠帶、髮辮垂肩，與頭部相連成一體。
臉形長圓，眼瞼圓鼓，眼尾上斜，眉長而近髮際，嘴角上揚角度大，表情具神祕感。坐姿挺直，彎起的兩手臂與左舒坐的姿勢，配合寬肩與細腰的曲折線，表現此時期對整體造像幾何化的興趣。
