該像為八世紀日本作品。菩薩身著絡腋，下著長裙。左臂垂下，右手上舉，纖指微捻，帔帛由肩後繞於前身垂掛臂間，於腹前呈二重「U」形。身軀略向左旋轉，膝蓋微屈，曲線柔美細緻，呈三屈式，充分表現出伎樂的姿態。該像以乾漆夾紵脫胎技法製造，髮絲、衣紋等細部構造表現清晰鮮明。
