Thousand-Armed Thousand-Eyed Avalokitesvara

千手千眼觀音菩薩像

觀音十一面、四十二臂，帶頭光及蓮瓣形背光，雙足踏蓮台，下有祥雲湧出。主面額頭有第三眼，唇上蓄小髭。頂上八面分五層，加上主面及二側面，共十一面。身側對稱繪出四十二隻手，分持法器或結印相，每隻手的輪廓線施以暈染，以增強其立體感。一九一四年指定為日本重要文化財。
觀音親切慈和，無北宋（960～1127）造像之端嚴，應是繪製於南宋（1127～1279）。左下角殘留朱文半印，印文不易辨識，推測應是寺院畫僧之作。
