千手千眼觀音菩薩像

高麗時期（918～1392）密教信仰盛行，受密教影響的觀音像頗多，此圖為現存極少數高麗時期多面多臂觀音像之一。據《千手千眼觀世音菩薩廣大圓滿無礙大悲心陀羅尼經》載，觀自在菩薩於往昔聞廣大圓滿無礙大悲心陀羅尼，為利益一切眾生，乃發具足千手千眼之願，而即刻得其身。
觀音十一面四十二臂，結跏趺坐於奇岩異石圍繞的蓮座上。四十二臂中除胸前二臂雙手合掌，其餘左右各二十臂，呈放射狀，分持法器。身後為黑色頭光與褐色大背光，頭頂上有三尊佛像，分別坐於黑色光圈內。畫面左下方為善財童子，仰首目視，合掌禮拜觀音。
筆觸細密，線條流暢，帔帛和赤色下裙皆飾有金泥紋樣，使色調優柔富麗，較之高麗佛畫的裝飾性，顯得樸實，推測為高麗後期十四世紀中葉之作。
