「悟一切之無常」語出《廣弘明集》，說明宇宙萬法皆由因緣所生，剎那生滅，沒有固定不變的。
此方印文六字，分兩行布局，每行三字，按字體大小依序分布。字形稍扁，結構勻稱。所用刀法，是以切玉法刻成，刀工平滑穩健，質樸自然，筆畫平直規整，卻無板滯之態，呈現莊重典雅、高古秀麗的漢代（206 BCE～220）玉印風貌。
