此碑每行十四字，共五十六字。碑面文字僅一至四行較為清晰，第五行後已殘缺難辨。內容敘述砂宅智積建立堂、塔之始末，多採中國漢（206 BCE～220）、魏（220～265）、六朝對偶文句，文辭華麗。現為韓國忠慶南道有形文化財第101號。
此碑書法結字以唐楷法度為追求，架構方正亭勻，類似歐陽詢楷法，然品質終不如唐楷豐碑，點畫往往有過於拙直處，但其齊整的風貌，亦可見書寫者之謹慎從事。
