玄極寺碑
中國
全稱《玄極寺慧據法師造像頌》。今石在河南省輝縣之白鹿山。據羅叔言《金石文字簿錄》所載，此碑有明（1368～1644）拓孤本行世。《玄極寺碑》是邑人為了敬頌慧據法師在玄極寺約三十年間修苦行，敬造石經、佛像之高德而建立。慧據幾不見載於史籍，此碑之內容正可補史載之不足。
南北朝（386～589）時，常見隸楷交摻之用筆與結字，一方面由於楷書體勢尚未完全確定，另一方面，則以漢朝距此時已久，書寫漢隸則帶有正式莊重的意涵。此碑以隸勢作字，又全力於隸書特徵的書寫周到，更見其鄭重其事之用心。
參考釋文：里而見江河北瞻岱嶽髣／髴五臺之嶺左帶滄海美／氛氳之氣右拒孟門眺巖／巘之極諒乃日下之高峻／太行之妙場昔海春善嘯
