園城寺訶利帝母像

位於日本滋賀縣大津市園城寺町園城寺護法善神堂，雕造於十三世紀。該寺因供奉此尊訶利帝母（鬼子母）像而馳名。一九二八年指定為日本重要文化財。
該像軀幹由檜木前後二材接合而成，像刳空，眼瞳嵌入玉石，外表尚留存當時胡粉色彩及碎金紋樣。訶利帝母頭束髮髻，秀髮垂肩，身著唐風衣裳，安坐於榻座。右足垂下，左腿盤屈，臉微側向左臂懷抱之幼兒，表情溫柔慈祥，右手執石榴果實，象徵多產。從其髮型、長圓的臉及粗大的襞褶表現，可見受到中國宋朝（960～1279）造像之影響。
