此菩薩裝的彌勒結跏趺坐於蓮座上，形象優美，面容慈祥。頭戴寶冠，冠中心鑲嵌五顆寶石。袒上身，飾瓔珞、臂釧、手鐲等。裙襬褶紋向外鋪展，肩披帔帛，繞雙臂垂於蓮座兩側。右手下垂結與願印，左手當胸拈龍華樹蔓，其上三朵花，一凋謝，一含苞，一盛開，象徵過去、未來和現在三世，蕊上托一法輪。
此像的眉心、手心、足心各浮雕一眼，代表能洞察人間苦難，予以救度拔苦。蓮座後半部陰刻一如意雲頭，做工精細規整，類似明永樂（1403～1424）、宣德（1426～1435）年間皇帝賜予藏傳佛教領袖的造像，推測是十七世紀清（1644～1911）初皇家官坊製作，用於贈送西藏寺院的珍品。
