該尊佛像頭頂凸起圓形肉髻，頭髮平直排列有序。長圓臉，雙目鑲嵌白銀，顏色突出。臉部表情專注穩重。袒露右肩斜披貼體袈裟，上有細密的水波紋。左手於胸前結說法印，右手下垂作觸地印，結跏趺坐於蓮座上。整尊造像比例蓮座略小，上窄下寬，上圓下方，蓮瓣素雅無紋，圓潤無棱角。
此像風格樸質，具有鮮明的喀什米爾造像特點，但也有可能為西藏匠師翻鑄。
