飛天，指飛於空中以歌舞香花等供養諸佛菩薩之天人。此像頭梳高髻，面容方中帶圓，眉彎如月，嘴角微揚淺笑，回首俯視，神態動人。右手高舉承托寶珠，左手持蓮花，袒上身，肩披帔巾，下著長裙，裙襬衣褶自然飄動，展現遨遊飛翔之姿。
此飛天推測原出自於河北響堂石窟，其體型飽滿，姿態生動。
