銀質鎏金，瓶蓋作荷葉狀，侈口略帶波浪形。頸細長無飾紋，僅作三道凸弦紋，其形如竹。寬肩，長圓腹，平底。瓶身鏨刻飛鳥紋和纏枝卷草紋，下方飾複瓣仰蓮紋。通體光耀奪目，工藝精美，造型優雅，堪稱珍貴的佛教寶物。
