白度母在蒙古藏傳佛教信仰中十分流行，面部三眼，加上掌心及足心之眼，合為七眼，故又稱為七眼佛母。
此圖的度母呈白色身相，戴寶冠，卷曲的黑髮披覆雙肩，身軀纖細，面容姣好。
其上身斜披絡腋，天衣繞臂飄揚。身飾瓔珞，臂腕、腳踝皆飾環釧。右手施與願印，左手執花枝，掌心各有一眼。所執花枝花葉繁茂。白度母結跏趺坐於仰蓮座上，蓮瓣外緣描繪紋樣，極富裝飾性。
白度母的頭光為二重，身光施以綠色，並精細地描上絲絲細線，再外點綴聯珠紋。背光外緣可見身後的花卉，很好地表現出透明感。
