為南宋（1127～1279）刊本，經摺裝。圖占五頁，表現釋迦牟尼佛說法的情景。圖左下角題「凌璋刁（雕）」三字，經卷末有「臨安府眾安橋南賈官人經書鋪印」題記，臨安府是南宋首都，位於今浙江杭州。杭州地區舊稱武林，為宋（960～1279）元（1271～1368）以來的刻書中心，此圖即武林版畫之一。
釋迦牟尼佛居中結跏趺坐於束腰蓮座上，上有華蓋。華蓋兩側為十方諸佛、騎獅文殊、騎象普賢和眾菩薩乘雲而至，畫面左上角為多寶塔。佛身側圍繞二菩薩、十弟子及四天王，兩側人物尚有帝釋天、梵天、龍王、諸天子、阿修羅及迦樓羅等護法眾。整體布局特殊，並有人物榜題，刻工精細，線條流暢。
