位於泰國曼谷國立博物館朴泰沙旺殿（Buddhaisawan Chapel）。該殿原為泰國皇家太子專用之佛堂，殿內壁面彩繪一系列精細的佛傳圖，表現佛陀一生重要事蹟，為拉瑪一世（Rama I，1782～1809在位）時期作品，是曼谷最早的壁畫之一。
畫中佛陀帶蓮瓣形頭光，外緣竄出火焰。慈目含笑，著深褐色袒右袈裟，足踏蓮花，履三道天梯自忉利天徐徐而下。執持華蓋的四面四臂大梵天隨侍在側，帝釋天、四天王及奏樂飛天圍繞於旁，下方人間信眾以歌樂迎接佛陀。佛陀樸素的造型與頭戴寶冠、遍身珠寶綾羅的諸天形成鮮明對比，更顯素雅莊嚴。
佛陀足下寶階呈金、銀、琉璃三色，梯緣飾金龍，末端龍頭仰起，類似泰國佛寺階梯扶手的祥龍裝飾，體現當地傳統藝術特色。
